If you’ve struggled to keep up with the whirlwind of music awards in recent weeks – CMAs, Latin Grammys and AMAs, to name a few – you just know you won’t let it calm down anytime soon. The Academy of Sound Recording announced its nominations for the 2021 Grammy Award this morning, on schedule, like never before during a global epidemic. Musicians Dua Lipa, Mickey Guyton, Imogen Heap, Lauren Daigle, Pepe Aguilar, Yemi Alade and Nicola Benedetti, as well as TV presenters, Gayle King and Sharon Osborne, have joined the interim President and CEO of the Sound Recording Academy, Harvey Mason Jr., to reveal nominations on a live broadcast on November 24th.
