ROTAN, Texas (KTRK) – An amber warning has been issued to a 2-year-old girl north of Abilene, Texas.
Rotan MPs are asking the public to take care of Victoria Alerman, who was last seen at 5:15 p.m. on Friday at the intersection of County Roads 309 and 311.
It is thought to be covered in dry blood as a result of a previous vehicle accident and is likely to be wearing a diaper.
Authorities are looking for 33-year-old Reyes Figueroa in connection with his disappearance.
Victoria is described as a brunette with brown eyes and brown hair. Figueroa is also described as brown-eyed Spanish.
Law enforcement officials believe Victoria is in serious or imminent danger.
