2021 is the first three quarters of the Aston Martin DBX
Aston Martin designed everything from hyper cars to submarines, and recently the sports car manufacturer dipped its fingers in the architectural space with a multi-million dollar house. But behind the scenes, Aston is working on a much larger project – 66 floors larger. The British brand has partnered with a major developer to build the first Aston Martin brand luxury residential tower in Miami, Florida. Aston Martin designs the interior and delivers limited edition cars to the most expensive units.
The project was launched back in 2016 when Aston, in partnership with G&G Business Developments, built a luxury high-rise building, led by other premium car brands such as Ferrari and Porsche. Opening in 2022, Aston Martin Residences Miami occupies a much-coveted property on the shores of Biscayne Bay. The building offers a variety of units, from one-bedroom apartments to three-storey 27,000-square-foot penthouses. This is a significant difference and the difference in size is reflected in pricing. This one-bedroom unit starts at $ 970,000, while the top residence is listed for $ 50 million. One bonus to buying a large dog penthouse is that an Aston Martin Vulcan, a front-engined, track-only coupe is limited to just 24 copies.

But even if you don’t choose the most expensive unit in the building, you can still get a limited edition Aston. Buyers of Signature Series residences can choose between a DB11 coupe or a DBX SUV in a special Riverwalk Edition. Each model is limited to 47 units and has unique style touches inside and out. The interior of the building itself will be stylized by Aston Martin’s design department, led by Marek Reichman. Each space is adorned with shapely Aston design features, but the style is also influenced by Miami’s tropical setting.
The complex is already 60 percent sold, so if you want to live in a condominium designed by Aston Martin and possibly get a limited number of cars, it’s better to act quickly. Oh, and bring money.
