SAN ANTONIO – Fearing that the Thanksgiving weekend would end with a huge pace of COVID-19 cases, Nelson Wolff, Bexar County Judge and San Antonio Mayor of Nirenberg, ordered a curfew on Thursday 26 November from 10pm to 5am. . Monday, November 30th.
People are not allowed to gather outside their household during the ordered curfew unless they are looking for services at a business.
Restaurants, including those with outdoor service areas, must close their meals at 10pm until the end of the curfew. Facilities may continue to offer a driveway, sidewalk or take-off service after 22:00 and resume catering at 6 a.m. during the curfew.
The amended Public Health Regulation strongly encourages canteen food service providers to offer the expiry of Monday’s curfew only on the curb or in the finish.
Individuals or facilities that violate curfew rules may face a fine of up to $ 1,000.
“Every day the violation continues, it counts as a new crime,” the order reads.
