William “Rowdy” 30-year-old Harrell was sitting behind the wheel of a Toyota passenger with his 23-year-old bride, Blakley, as he returned to the No. 1 lane in the north of the U.S. and the path of a van. the Miami Herald reported. The truck driver was unable to turn in time and two of his passengers were seriously injured.
