FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – The owner of New England Patriots, Robert Kraft, did not ask for any guilty charges.
In court, Kraft's lawyers did not ask for a jury trial.
The authorities say Kraft has visited a Florida massage parlor for sexual acts on the morning of the AFC Championship, which he later attended in Kansas City.
According to documents released by the Palm Beach County State Prosecutor's Office on Monday, Kraft's second visit to the salon in less than 24 hours.
According to the documents, Kraft arrived at the Asian Day Spa Orchide in a blue Bentley on 20th, 2015. The video was taken to get oral and manual sex from a woman in Jupiter's spa. Officials say he gave him a $ 100 bill and another bill before he arrived at 11:15.
The AFC Championship was launched against host leaders at 18:40. ET. Kraft, who is also the owner of MLS New England Revolution, took part.
Kraft, who also saw prostitution calling for video surveillance, was only 17 hours earlier on January 19 officially accused of committing two priority crimes, Palm Beach County Attorney General Dave Aronberg announced Monday.
The court date was initially set for ET on April 24 at 8:30, but has since been transferred to March 27 at 8:30 am.
Kraft 77 will have a "low level" arrest warrant issued on its behalf – like the traffic ticket – and not appear in court. Kraft hired Jack Goldberger from Atterbury, Goldberger & Weiss to represent him in the process.
If convicted, Kraft can be sentenced to one year's imprisonment, $ 5,000 fine, 100 hours of community service and a human trafficking hazard class.
In a Friday's announcement, when the nature of the prizes were first announced, Kraft spokesman said "categorically denying Mr Kraft's illegal activity."
