They named the teenage girl who allegedly planned her attack on her ex-boyfriend and killed her mother, as well as three other teenagers in charge.
Elijah Stansell (18), Raven Sutton (16), Kimberly Stone (15) and Hannah Eubanks (14) went to Hunter Penton’s home in Polk City, Florida on November 9, with the intent of attacking him.
Kimberly and Hunter had dated earlier, but broke up half a year ago and continued with Elijah. Police said there was still a “controversy” over social media romances, among which Elijah threatened Hunter.
On November 9, Elijah, Kimberly was suspended from their school because teachers discovered his threatening messages. To take revenge, he and his friends drove to Hunter’s home to ambush him.
They were inside and beaten when Hunter’s mother, 52-year-old Suzette – a school librarian and mother of four – got home and chased them out of the house.
The four teenagers then got in his van, but before they fled, Elijah – who was sitting behind the wheel – ran over. He was videotaped by a terrified witness.
Suzette spent three weeks in the hospital in critical condition, but died Monday.
Initially, all the children were charged with attempted murder, but Elijah is now charged with murder, and the three who were charged as juveniles are now brought to adult court.

They were also charged with burglary charges.
Police say Kimberly has been fighting Hunter for months.
Their argument became so bad that Kimberly was suspended from school.
“They talked to each other in the trash … it was so bad that the school system warned Kimberly,” she was suspended for her outrageous behavior.

“After school, he was suspended that day, he meets his best friend Hannah Eubanks and another named Raven Sutton, they get Elijah and he drives the van to Penton Hunter’s house,” said Grady Judd, Polk County Sheriff. at a press conference on Tuesday.

“It was a coordinated, planned attack carried out by a group of teenagers who beat a teenager and then ran over his mother, leaving him to death.

Grady said Tuesday that Elijah had intentionally run over so aggressively that “tire marks remained on his body”.
