Marc Scaringi, another part of President Donald Trump’s legitimate “elite strike force,” has applied to the Third District Court, where the team appealed, for the former New York mayor to give a 20-minute oral presentation. Because Giuliani is not registered with the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the 3rd, the Trump campaign had to ask him for permission to contest the case. Legal experts described Giuliani’s previous performance as a “terrible lawyer,” arguing that the justification for his achievements in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Nevada raised the lawsuit.
